The Ableworld Spring campaign has started, and our Queensferry team has decorated the store with yellow balloons that evoke sunny days and blue balloons that remind us of fresh weather.

Ableworld Queensferry Customer Wins back The Cost Of His Mobility Scooter

During each promotion Ableworld launch a competition to allow 3 lucky people to “Win Back the Cost” of any product we choose. Our Christmas promotion that ended on the 2nd of January, saw 3 customers from across the country win back the cost of their mobility scooter.

A winner was chosen from across our 41 stores, as each customer having purchased a mobility Scooter during our Summer promotion was entered automatically into the competition.

Mr. K Trevor was the lucky customer from our Queensferry store to Win Back the Cost of his Mobility Scooter! A total of £1649 was paid back to him which was the cost of his S425 Sterling Road Scooter, that he bought earlier in the promotion. Its safe to say that Mr. K Trevor was over the moon when he got to come into store and collect his cheque! He had the following to say about his recent purchase "The Scooter is the best thing i have ever bought, i am especially loving the freedom it is giving me in day-to-day life."

We are extremely happy with Mr. Trevor’s new found freedom and its exactly the response we hope to hear from one of our customers, hearing stories similar to Mr. Trevor is why we never stray from our mission statement. The company strives to provide the best products in the industry along with great customer service, we hope there are plenty of similar comments throughout 2024.

Ableworld Queensferry Celebrate 2nd Store Birthday!

🎉🎁 Ableworld Queensferry have spend the last 2 months celebrating their 2nd Birthday - because being in business 2 years means double the celebrations, right? 2 years ago, Ableworld opened their 37th store on 87 Station Road, Queensferry, Flintshire, CH5 2TB, which welcomed a significant milestone for Ableworld and the North Wales territory, encompassing stores in Queensferry, Chester, Wrexham, Llandudno and Rhyl.

Our team at Ableworld Queensferry consistently go above and beyond for their customers and the community, so in light of their birthday celebrations they took the opportunity to give back to one lucky customer who shops with them. The lucky winner was Mrs Foulkes, who purchased a new scooter from us a few weeks ago, she said ‘’I am enjoying the newfound freedom and being able to go out with my daughter and grandson, I will try and nab a few of my favourite jelly babies before sharing them with the rest of my family’’

We want to thank all our customers who have helped celebrate our 2-year anniversary and those who have helped make Ableworld Queensferry the success it is today. To many more happy and successful years ahead for the Queensferry team.

Ableworld Queensferry Celebrate Random Acts Of Kindness Day

Ableworld Queensferry have been busy over the past week spreading love and a little more appreciation for their customers, as they look part in Random Acts of Kindness Day. Ableworld Queensferry have some amazing customers coming through the doors every day, but in order to mark this day Queensferry narrowed down who they wanted to surprise with something a little extra – to make the gesture more special.

Mrs Williams came into Queensferry store on Friday 17th February and purchased a Wrenbury Riser Recliner. Mrs Williams and her partner have been together for 40 years and every time they come into store, they light up the room with their infectious smiles and ambition for a fun life. Store Manager Charlotte, remembers the couple first came in a few weeks ago and bought a bath lift and on the off-chance Mrs Williams had a test on some of our Riser Recliners – she really liked the Wrenbury chair and was going to go away and think about it. And as the saying goes ‘’good things come to those who wait’’ and it certainly does because coincidently the couple came back into store last week and purchased the chair which was on offer at the time with £200 off in our promotion. Mrs Williams was over the moon and felt it was meant to be.  

As it happened, two days later her partner Mr Proctor came into store and after sitting on his partners chair wanted one for himself. Store Manager Charlotte was told by Mrs Williams to tell him ‘’he is not allowed to sit in my chair’’ which certainly made all the staff at Queensferry giggle.

Queensferry’s Christmas Cracker Raffle

During our Christmas cracker promotion, Ableworld Queensferry decided to spread some festive cheer with a Christmas hamper raffle. Customers who entered were in with a chance of winning a whole host of goodies including: biscuits, hot chocolate, shortbread, slippers, a colouring pack and more. The competition was free for any customers who purchased any item from Ableworld Queensferry store between 1st December to 18th December.

The winner was drawn on the 19th December, and Mrs Sharpe was the lucky shopper who won the festive hamper. She sent her son down to collect it and they both said ‘they are very happy they have won’.

We would like to thank all customers who entered our FREE competition over Christmas.

Store manager Charlotte said she ‘’wanted to give back to her local community and spread some festive cheer’’, and we are sure she did just that. Ableworld Queensferry decked out the shop with snowmen at every turn, Christmas trees and tinsel madness. We are sure the festive spirit spread far and wide round Queensferry store this year.
